This monster had to go!, ! month before the 1st year warranty it went belly up (completely), now with the additional year warranty it has issues playing DVD’s and I can Barly make the DVD record and only to verbatim DVD+R’s. The VHS features dubbing is bi-directional, it records DVD’s in a VR format (that’s incomprehensible to my computer for manipulation), It worked on my recent LEXX dvd’s from Australia and all the Blockbuster rentals but went south on the futurama collection?!?.
I don’t trust it, it takes too long to load DVD’s, its a little over its second year warranty period, so I am going Panasonic (not Sony due to there miserable remote controls, plus I own too many sony’s)
So here is is for your buying/pleasure, its been kept as well as it can be, I like to preserve my few items that I own and expect them to last forever and then some. So on the outside its excellent, I cannot vouch for the inside in fact I am selling it as is just to be safe,
... consequently I don’t buy stuff in 6th avenue electronics even if I am compelled too.
