Uniden 2.8 mgz phone, does not conflict with Radio Shack 2.8 mgz dial up modems, or Verizon Dial up, its got an excellent scramble feature that was top of its line back when I bought it.

The Unit works, and was last used September 2008, the rechargable battery is less then 5 months old, and this unit has served me well, so well I replaced it with the dect 6.0  Uniden, Like my SONY fetish I also have a Uniden one, they still make the best phones.
