My Phone for over a Decade I finally retired it a short while ago. Its rechargeable battery no longer holds a charge, it looks like 3 AA’s taped together and cost more than many of the cheaper Cordless ones now available.
The larger size feels better, its does add some weight to the phone but we are talking oz’s people, who wants a handheld that a strong breeze can blow off its handle, or one that requires you brain vibrations to synthesize a digital voice.
This unit holds one of the older 3778? chips that can be used to tap into other peoples cordless phones, Your computers crystal frequency (I loved to goof with that), and other nonsensical electronic gizmos. I no longer have the instructions on how to convert it and this unit HASN’T Been converted.
At 900 Mgz I never had computer interference, except when I played with my 386.
